White Mountains 4th of July Celebrations

We sure love a good celebration here in the White Mountains and we don’t know of a better reason to celebrate than Independence Day! There’s a lot happening on the 4th of July and we want to help you find where all the fun is.

Star FlagFamily Party Train at the Hobo Railroad in Lincoln-7:00 PM

Train will be decorated in patriotic style and you’ll enjoy hotdogs, soda, and an ice cream treat along with a party favor. $20.00 (ages 3-11) $25.00 (adults), FREE for ages 2 and under. Bring a lawn chair and coolers and watch Lincoln’s fireworks in the parking lot.

Activities include a bouncy house, lawn games, face painting, and balloon animals. Country cook out with live entertainment by the Crunchy Western Boys. The event culminates with a fireworks display at 9:30 PM.

Star FlagAmericana Celebration at Cranmore Mountain -11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All-American backyard barbeque with live music from Shark Martin. Free corn-hole, Big Jenga, bubble blowing station, Connect Four, scavenger hunt, Yardzee, water balloon toss, potato sack race, and fill the bucket.

Star FlagFirecracker Express: Conway Scenic Railroad: An adventure for those looking to watch the fireworks but don’t want to deal with the traffic! Ride to the fireworks in style about the Conway Scenic Railroad. Round-trip train rides from Conway run at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Tickets are $5.00 for adults, $1.00 for children 4-12, under 4 are free. Reservations are recommended as space is limited. Call 603-356-5251 for more information or to make reservations.
