EAST MADISON, N.H. — Much to the enjoyment of Christmas Week vacationers, King Pine Ski Area opened a new surface lift for its tubing hill last week. The new lift is part of a $400,000 investment the organization put into the resort and other Hoyt family businesses this year.
King Pine’s popular tubing hill replaced a handle two system with the new conveyor belt lift. The modern, user-friendly lift allows guests of all ages to ride to the top with comfort and efficiency, increasing capacity during peak times and ensuring a smoother operation. This project makes a favorite winter tradition even more accessible for families and groups.
“These investments reflect our ongoing dedication to enhancing the King Pine experience for every guest who visits us, whether they’re here for a fun day of tubing or après-ski with friends,” said Amanda Buswell, Regional General Manager of Hoyt Family businesses. “With an investment of over $400,000, these projects demonstrate our commitment to our core values—especially Family Recreation, Innovation, and Preservation — as we continue to create unforgettable experiences for our community and visitors alike.”
