Located in the 100-Acre Wood, just 4 miles north of North Conway Village. Offering a number of outdoor programs along with educational ones, promoting exercise for both the mind and body, encouraging healthy habits for youngsters and their families. A 10K trail system; open year-round, a Theater, and a Maple Sugaring operation set the backdrop for many programs and fundraising activities. Bretton Woods Canopy Tour & Adventure Center

Part of the Bretton Woods Adventure Center, the year round Canopy Tour is a high-flying adventure with nine zip lines and spectacular views. In the warmer months, enjoy the great outdoors on the guided West Wall Climb or ATV Ride, plus downhill mountain biking, disc golf and scenic lift rides! Or test your skills on the indoor Slopeside Climbing Wall located inside the lofty Base Lodge.

Extreme Mount Washington

Experience the science of climate and weather at the Mount Washington Observatory Weather Discovery Center, an interactive science museum with fun exhibits for the whole family! Experience a vortex, see how air currrents form, talk to the Observatory's meteorologists on the summit of Mount Washington through a live video link, and peruse The Weather Store for home weather instruments and educational toys.

Great Vermont Corn Maze

The Rocks Estate

A historic landmark with a sustainable Christmas tree farm, this 1,400 acre property features beautiful views and extensive trails, and is home of the New Hampshire Maple Experience. Maple Museum, Gift Shop, bus, school, private tours and other tours. Weddings and events on request.

Mount Washington Cruises

Mount Washington Cruises offers Scenic Daytime and Sunset Dinner Dance Cruises on Lake Winnipesaukee, NH from late May through October. The M/S Mount Washington visits 5 ports on Lake Winnipesaukee and takes on passengers in Wolfeboro, Meredith, Center Harbor and Alton Bay on alternating days of the week with daily cruises from Weirs Beach. Sunday Champagne Brunch Cruises from Weirs Beach and Alton Bay every Sunday. The US Mailboat, Sophie C. offers Island Cruises while delivering mail to the islands on Lake Winnipesaukee, the largest and most beautiful lake in New Hampshire. It is located at the foothills of the White Mountains in New Hampshire's beautiful Lakes Region. Lake Winnipesaukee is spring fed and surrounded by mountain ranges, contains more than 240 habitable islands and covers 44,000 acres of crystal clear water.

Experience Squam Boating Excursions

Come experience pristine Squam Lake in a way that is personalized to your liking. Relax aboard a 23' Sea Ray Bow-Rider. Bask in the sun or stay shaded under the boat's canopy. Zoom fast around the lake or putter along. Anchor in quiet coves or off sandy beaches, swim or jump off the boat. Be daring and jump off infamous "Jumping Rock". View wildlife, tour historic Church Island and On Golden Pond movie sites. Stroll along a boarded swamp-walk or pick native blueberries in season. Cruise at sunset, or star gaze under a full moon. This is the perfect excursion for those who'd like to rent a boat for a day or a couple of hours, but are leery of navigating Squam's shallow and rocky waterways, and don't want to have to get a boater's license. Bathroom facilities are accessible on several public islands. Our boat operators are commercially licensed and insured and have 25 years of boating experience on Squam.

Squam Lakes Natural Science Center & Lake Cruises

Nearer to Nature! The live animal exhibit trail features black bear, mountain lions, foxes, otters, raptors, and more plus new water related exhibits. Enjoy a cruise on pristine Squam Lake. Trails are open daily May 1-November 1, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Seven Birches Winery

Seven Birches Winery, located within the grand new Riverwalk Resort at Loon Mountain is hand-crafting classic European grape varietals and locally sourced fruits into wines of distinction. Open daily to the public for wine tasting, and "Meet the Winemakers" winery tours by reservation. The winery tasting room and gift shop is a pleasant way to spend the afternoon and try some locally-made and regionally-adored wines. The fruit may be from around the world, but the wine in our bottles is pure New Hampshire.

Loon Center & Markus Wildlife Sanctuary

The Loon Center features loon displays, mounts, interactive exhibits and award-winning videos on loons. The non-profit Loon's Feather Gift Shop sells "all things loon and more!" The 200-acre Markus Wildlife Sanctuary on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee has two miles of walking trails that overlook a nesting pair of loons. Free Admission.
