150th Anniversary Celebration at the Mount Washington Cog Railway

Join us on the actual day of our 150th Anniversary, July 3rd, for a day of fun and festivities! This free to the public event will have lawn games, face painting, special food vendors, music & more. Did we mention fireworks? At the end of the day a special fireworks presentation will occur celebrating the history of the Cog Railway! This event will take place between 11:00 AM & 3:00 PM on July 3rd, 2019 at Marshfield Base Station.

Conway Scenic Railroad’s Firecracker Express

2, 5 and 6 p.m. Firecracker Express, Conway Scenic Railroad, White Mountain Highway. To help ease traffic, Conway Scenic Railroad will provide round-trip train transportation from our Freight House in Conway to our station in North Conway Village. After purchasing tickets in Conway, passengers may board in Conway at 2 and 5 p.m. An 80-passenger Budd car will pick up passengers in Conway at 6 p.m. Return trip to Conway around 10:15 p.m. following the fireworks.

Hobo Railroad’s Fourth of July Family Party Train

The train departs at 7 p.m. The train will be decorated in patriotic style and you’ll enjoy hot dogs, chips, an ice cream treat and a beverage along with a party favor aboard the train. Family entertainment aboard the one-hour train ride will also be provided. You’ll be back just in time to enjoy the Lincoln-Woodstock fireworks display.

Lake Winnipesaukee lights up with boats waiting for fireworks. It is a beautiful sight and a very busy place. You can relax and enjoy a cruise with dinner and dancing while we navigate the lake looking for fireworks. Buffet dinner is included in the price. Music on the main deck by the popular band Annie and The Orphans. Cruise leaves Weirs Beach at 7 p.m. and returns to Weirs Beach after the Meredith fireworks around 10 p.m.
