Easter is just a hop, skip, and a jump away and the White Mountains will be celebrating with egg hunts, spring festivities, sunrise services, and visits from the Easter Bunny, himself. This fun holiday is a great way to welcome spring and we hope you will join us!
Kids 11 and under can BYOEB (bring your own Easter basket) and have fun searching for eggs during this giant Easter egg hunt. The Easter Bunny will be there to cheer the kids on and for photos, and keep on the look-out for the eggs that contain golden tickets for fun prizes!
Easter at Settler’s Green -April 13
The first 100 kids to head to Customer Service will receive a free coloring book and Easter treat to kick off this fun family-friendly event. Come and decorate an egg (Styrofoam or paper!), then head to participating stores to take part in the Easter Egg Treasure Hunt.
Natural Egg Dying at the Littleton Coop -April 13
Love the look of beautifully dyed eggs, but not a fan of the dye itself? During this colorful and free workshop, the Littleton Coop will teach you dozens of ways to dye Easter eggs with commonly found pantry items as well as fun dying techniques. A limited supply of eggs will be available so feel free to bring your own.
This annual Easter celebration is a tradition for many and is an entire weekend of celebrating the Easter holiday and the spring season. Festivities include the Easter Tea Party, Easter Egg Hunt Extravaganza, and an incredible Easter Brunch. Many other events throughout the weekend.
The Easter Bunny himself will be taking his inaugural ride aboard the Conway Scenic Railroad, on the first annual Bunny Express! Take the Valley Train along with him and kids will receive Easter treats along with many great photo opportunities.
For those that like to get a head start to your morning and want to be one of the first to witness the Easter morning sunrise, join your fellow early birds at Town Square in Waterville Valley for their Easter Sunrise Service. Enjoy views of the mountains and Corcoran Pond while the first rays of sunlight hit your face. Stay for some delicious pastries and coffee.
Experience a glorious White Mountains sunrise at the C.L. Graham Wangan overlook atop the Kancamagus Highway. Following the service, breakfast will be served at the LinWood Community Center.
Hop on down the Bunny Trail to the White Mountain Hotel & Resort for a delicious Easter Brunch Buffet and a visit from the Easter Bunny. Reservations are required, and for those dining, there will be a fun Easter Egg Hunt as well with two times available…one for little kids, and one for older kids!
