Perhaps you don’t follow traditional romantic routes but want to wow your significant other with a unique and one of a kind experience this Valentine’s Day. A winter visit to Mount Washington would qualify and thankfully you don’t need to hike up it to get the experience. The Mount Washington Auto Road offers guided SnowCoach rides to approximately 4,200 feet where you can get out and experience some of Mt. Washington’s famous weather and take some incredible photos. If you’re more of a history buff, a trip up to about 3,900 feet aboard the Cog Railway may be more your cup of tea. Ride the rails to Waumbek Station where you can cuddle up with a cup of hot chocolate and a warm fire. If making your way up the side of a mountain isn't your cup of tea, the Conway Scenic Railroad is offering weekend Snow Trains from their station in North Conway to Attitash Mountain Resort. While this is a great option for skiers and boarders, it is also a way to take in a round trip train ride on your next date.
