Holderness, NH—Squam Lakes Natural Science Center is thrilled to announce that it has been recognized with three prestigious “Best of” awards for 2025, a testament to its enduring role as New Hampshire’s favorite destination for family fun, outdoor adventure, and nature discovery.

 

This year, the Science Center received the following honors:

  • Silver Medal – Best Family Attraction

For nearly 60 years, Squam Lakes Natural Science Center has welcomed generations of families to explore the wonders of New Hampshire’s wildlife, gardens, and natural landscapes. These awards celebrate the joy, connection, and sense of wonder that visitors experience on our trails, during our cruises, and throughout our programs.
