Living Shores Aquarium in Glen, NH is continuing to expand, as the aquarium adds three more alligators to its growing list of new experiences this year. The 32,000 square foot aquarium recently brought the Florida Everglades to the Granite State as it added New Hampshire’s only alligator exhibit.
New to the pack, Sequoia a teenage male weighing in at 120 lbs. and 6.5 feet long. He now enjoys basking with his old pals Callie and Osceola, all former roommates from the now closed Minnesota facility. Being a male alligator, he could get as big as 12-14 feet and weigh over 1000lbs.
On the smaller but very adorable and unique-side, the aquarium also now has two baby gators on display in a separate exhibit. Clay and Kestrel are both under one-foot long and weigh less than one pound each.
Visitors heading to the White Mountains for a summer vacation can visit Living Shores Aquarium daily from June 13th through September 1st.
