Holiday Happenings in the White Mountains

We're quite the festive bunch here in the White Mountains and know how to celebrate the holidays. We've got tree lightings, sleigh rides, tasty treats, parades, and most importantly...Santa. Take a look at all of the fun things we have planned for you this holiday season.

 

34th Annual Holiday Parade-Littleton
The 34th Annual Christmas Parade in Littleton is on Friday, November 26, 2021, and begins at noon. This year’s theme is “Christmas Stories Based on Books, TV or Film.”

Santa’s Holiday Express on the Conway Scenic Railroad - North Conway **ADVANCE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED**
Ride the rails with Santa and his elves on this hour-long seasonal train ride. Get your picture taken with Santa and enjoy hot chocolate and cookies.

Journey to the North Pole - North Conway **ADVANCE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED**
The Believe in Books Literary Foundation once again brings this magical train ride to the White Mountains. Families will “Journey to the North Pole”. Hot cocoa will be served by Santa’s magical elves along with some of Santa’s favorite treats. Once the train arrives at the North Pole, guests will get to listen to a dramatic reading of “Twas The night Before Christmas” before returning back to the station.

Christmastime at Santa’s Village - Jefferson **ADVANCE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED**
Santa is opening his village to boys, girls, and their families for the Christmas season! One of your favorite summer attractions will be transformed and decorated for the season, and Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there to offer up some wassail and possibly a photo or two. The shops will be open for holiday gifts and the classic 3-D show entitled "A Tinkerdoodle Christmas" will leave you laughing at the antics of L. Fastidious Tinkerdoodle as he prepares Santa for his yearly journey. Be sure to stay until after dark to take in the beautiful, and warm light displays that fill the park.

Hometown Holiday Celebration and Parade - Plymouth
Come join Plymouth NH's Classic Christmas Holiday kickoff event. Parade, Decorated town, BBQ, Bonfire and visit with Santa on the first Saturday of December.

Harvest Your Own Tree at the Rocks Estate - Bethlehem
Enter what some people call “A Modern-Day Normal Rockwell Christmas Scene” and start a new tradition with your family. Guests will find row upon neat row of perfectly shaped and scented fir trees grown in the 40 acres of fields at The Rocks. Guests to The Rocks may wander the farm in search of their special tree to cut or purchase fresh-cut trees and wreaths, with proceeds helping to support forest conservation in the Granite State!
