Morning

The perfect way to start off your day is in Lincoln, NH at Mountain Thrift and Coffee to grab a delicious coffee and pastry and peruse thrift finds! If you are looking for heartier fare, there are many places in the Lincoln area for breakfast ranging from grab-and-go bagels to great diner fare.

 

Visit an attraction

Amp up your summer fun with a shot of adrenaline. Where to find it? Our major attractions in the Western White Mountains will provide for you. Kick off your day at any of these places for an exciting adventure.

Ziplining in the White Mountains can give you that adrenaline rush in an instant! Alpine Adventures and Loon Mountain Resort are both home to ziplines, and they are both located in Lincoln, NH. Our major attractions have so much to offer that it can be hard to choose! Go on an off road tour in Lincoln, NH at Alpine Adventure or try your luck at Ninja Wild, Loon Mountain Resort's outdoor ninja course. 

Cave exploration in Lincoln, NH is also easy to come by at our major attractions. Visit Lost River Gorge and Boulder Caves for a 1-mile loop trail that accesses 11 boulder caves or ride the Loon Mountain Gondola to the summit and explore the glacial caves that lie between the trails of the resort. Either way, you are bound for a bit of a squeeze in some of our favorite caves.

Grab a bite for lunch

After this eventful morning, you must be ready for some lunch. Lucky for you, there are plenty of delicious places to eat in the Western White Mountains.  The newly opened SLICE, at Owls Nest Resort, offers a casual yet delicious lunch with amazing views of the White Mountains. These creative and delicious specialty pizzas and appetizers  will get you perfectly refueled for your afternoon adventure.

Another great option is The Little Red Schoolhouse in Campton, a small seafood and sandwich spot serving up delicious lobster rolls and breathtaking views. Be sure to check out their arts and crafts and save room for ice cream!

 

Adventure into Waterville Valley

Whether it’s disc golf or mountain biking at the Adventure Center or paddling Corcoran Pond in Town Square, the Waterville Valley area is home to many different fun activities. Alongside all these activities, there are also some superb walking and hiking trails in Waterville Valley. Goodrich Rock Trail is a 3.9-mile out-and-back hike with gorgeous views and a fun ladder. For something a bit shorter, you could venture outside the Valley and drive the Kancamagus Highway to visit Sabbaday Falls - this easy trail leads to a scenic waterfall.

Chill out and shop

If you are looking for something a little more lowkey towards the end of your day, there are many options for you too! The very popular Livermore Falls is the perfect place to relax on the beach or cool off in the water. Another great option would be to explore Plymouth’s downtown area to do some shopping at the cutest small businesses, including Plymouth Soapworks and Artistic Roots.

Dinner Time

With the day's adventures in the rearview mirror, it's time for dinner. Panorama Six82, located at Owls Nest Resort, is a great option for those who are looking for perfectly crafted drinks and delicious food with a unique flare. The Covered Bridge Farm Table in Campton is another yummy option that features a farm-to-table inspired menu with comfort classics and modern twists. Both options have indoor and outdoor seating options and amazing views.
